Highbury Maisonette
This was a complete renovation of a maisonette in Highbury. Originally standing as a 2 up 2 down, the ground walls were knocked through and a side return added to create a huge open plan living area with a roof terrace above. The back courtyard garden was redone. Full interior design and architectural services.

Listed Barn conversion
Barn Owls is a fully Listed building and barn complex immediately adjacent to the original farm house. It has
subsequently been converted into a dwelling. It is now a building with a brick plinth,
black painted weatherboarding and a elongated double roman tile roof.

Islington renovation part a
The brief was a very poor state london Edwardian/ early Victorian townhouse. Last renovated in the 70's all original features and fireplaces had been removed. The top floor was un-supported and hanging from the walls and pulling the roof in. It required a full back to brick across all floors and insertion of some large RSJs on most floors. A 3 bed 2 bath double reception room with diner kitchen was achieved.

Islington Renovation part b
A maximalist and warm colour palette for the interiors with a lot of blues and greens and natural colours. The family wanted to retail a lot of the family heirlooms so it was a matter of finding a tonal range to support and complement these. They also wanted to reuse and recycle materials, so the kitchen was sourced from a Chelsea mansion whilst many of the interior walls and bricks were reused in the garden landscaping.

Zaria Health and Wellness Resort Crete
A sustainable, new resport designed to create a community and village feel in luxury surroundings

MIB
Manchester Interdiciplinary Biocentre. As chief design architect on this award winning scheme this is one of Jasons larger projects.

Savoyard Farmhouse, Chamonix, Alps
The farmhouse is a locally listed Heritage asset and and so considered a building of significant Savoyard Alpine significance. Initial stages were to sensitively restore core elements of the ground floor and basement of which sections date back over 400 years. the second stage is to lift the roof, and create a triple aspect barn conversion into a mega Chalet sleeping up to 12 people. There is also a side small barn house with planning permission to configure as a 2/3 bed accommodation. Sitting on a 3/4 acre plot of land it sits in a prime location and well known to the local elder population.

Chamonix Chalet
A traditional alpine log cabin design of brick and wooden upper with little insulation. This design explored the options to form a basement beneath the extension, build a three storey extension for the front of the prop-
erty. It established terms and designs for the refurbishment of existing house including re-cladding and insulating of external envelope and a new roof over the entire property

Chalet Zaleski
A full design options appraisal to modernise, insulate and carry out extensive landscaping on a traditional brick and wood chalet in the Alps.

Ashwell Hall
The driver was to reinterpret the small country house in a form that related more to landscape and the proportions and silhouette of the agricultural buildings seen across the surrounding Essex countryside. This gave rise to a series of interconnected larger ‘barns’ which each
house a discrete use such as sleeping, living or exercising.
The palette of materials is deliberately pared back and drawn from the local context. The building responds to the landscape by blurring the threshold between inside and outside to the main living spaces whilst bedrooms and spa area look inward to an internal courtyard.
The design was taken from initial concept through detail design to completion on site.

Wildwood
An extensive remodelling and expansion of the house, facilities and landscaping as a reinterpretation of the small country house. An end to end project at all key phases.

41 High Street, Chrishall
A Grade 2 listed building dating back to Georgian era with additions from Edwardian and early Victorian times. A design and feasibility review was conducted in to providing 3 options to significantly extend and reconfigure the property and surrounding barns.

Ringers Farm
Following earlier lapsed planning permission there was a requirement to update and adjust the plans to retain the H form of the original building providing the best shaped rooms and best natural light penetration.
A new extension has a more contemporary design using the same materials allowing the new part of the building to relate to the garden, views and open plan internal organisation in a natural unforced manner and creates a more versatile access to front and back gardens.

Thunderly Hall
Thunderley hall is a fine grade II listed detached property set in a partial moat. The house has an irregular T shaped plan. As the building is listed and sitting on land designated as an ancient monument, a strategy of trying to achieve dramatic visual and spatial change with relatively small and sympathetic interventions has been pursued.

Hadham Road
A second scheme following the successful completion of extensive remodelling, redesign and architectural enhancements, the second scheme was to provide a home office/ gym complex to the front of the house.

Bentfield Road
A victorian house requiring extensive remodelling and extension works
